Photoshoots; photoshoot with Arnie the baby cow (highland cross in pictures above) Gorgeous backdrops & props for family, engagement, graduation, & holiday photos. Bring personal camera or photographer.
Farm experiences: Bottle feed a baby highland cow “Arnie” or lamb (seasonal), or brush, kiss/hug, & hand feed treats to maverick the mini highland cow & sheep/seasonal lambs.

All 2027 - 2028 weddings/receptions come with the “Something Borrowed Decor Closet”, unlimited communication for planning support from day one, chiffon draping, all lighting, linens, arbor, suites (for 2 or 3 day & Sunday wedding packages), whiskey barrels, choice of 3 unique ceremony sites, & much more.

🌿 “THE GRAND WILLOW” 2 Day Rental (0-150 guests). 2027 & 2028 seasons. $6400, includes new classy high-end black chairs for event barn & patio, all amenities, white ceremony chairs we set & put away, time for your DIY engagement shoot, Friday noon-6pm to decorate & rehearse, Saturday 9am-11pm event, choice of 3 ceremony sites (ceremony 4pm or later), choice of traditional or 10ft black triangle arbor, linen package; we drape tables (linen napkins waiting for you to fold how you wish), & we take care of the soiled linens after. Secure this amazing package with $500 & completed DocuSign contract; remaining rental split into payments, separate $500 refundable damage deposit due 30 days prior. Event insurance required with all weddings.
* Make it a 3 day!! You can add Sunday 9am-1pm (departure by 1pm) to above 2-day package so that you can sleep in after the celebration, enjoy your family, or have breakfast with your out-of-town guest before returning to the venue to pack up. Either way, this allows you time so that you do not need to worry about the clean-up & departure Saturday night. A great option so you can leave it for Sunday after checking out of your hotel & enjoying your family/friends. $500 if added at time of booking.
🌿 “THE RUBY” Sunday Wedding (0-100 guests): 2027-2028 seasons. Arrival 2:00pm to decorate, departure 8:30pm (3:30pm or later ceremony, music off 7:30pm). One hour Rehearsal on the Wednesday prior. Includes all chairs/tables/linens, & amenities. $3500. *Holiday weekends are an additional $500, and additional hours can be added for Memorial, 4th of July, & Labor Day weekend Sundays only (up to 11pm departure) for a rate of $150/hr.
** Holiday weekend dates are an additional $500 for all weddings.
🌿 Sunday Non-Wedding events (0-150 guests): Arrival 2:00pm. $150/hour (4-hour minimal). Great for graduation, baby/bridal shower, & celebration of life gatherings. (⭐ Linens can be added for additional fee).
🌿 60-Day Prior Friday or Saturday 1-Day Wedding option. Available to any open non- holiday weekend single Friday or single Saturday for a one-day Wedding package (this is the only time we split up Friday from Saturday). Includes same amenities as the Sunday wedding package) - $3500. May only be booked 60 days out (or less) from event day. Holiday weekend dates are additional $500.
🌿 45-Day Prior NON- Wedding Friday or Saturday option (for graduation/baby/wedding showers/celebration of life type NON-wedding events) - Available to any open non-holiday Friday or Saturday. $180/hr. (minimal of 4 hours). *May only be booked 45 days out (or less) from event date. *Linens can be added for additional fee.
🌿 ”The Mini Cow” One Hour Elopement Package is available to book no earlier than 45 days prior:
*0-10 guests $250.
*11-20 guests $350.
*21-30 guests $450.
* The above elopement package includes 1 pm outdoor ceremony, Arbor with white draping, Bluetooth speaker & wireless mic for ceremony (plan B rain backup is on patio), and use of farm to take lifetime photos in the most beautiful setting. For Ceremony & pictures only (no reception). payment due in full with contract to secure, in addition to a $100 refundable damage deposit.

Alcohol allowed with use of a pre-approved professional bartending business and proof of Event Insurance with Host Liquor Policy.
