Freedom to choose professional vendors. (Vendors will require pre- approval by Willow Wood, proper license, business insurance, & completed Willow Wood vendor form).
Alcohol allowed with use of a pre-approved professional bartending business and proof of Event Insurance with Host Liquor Policy.

Along with planning Q&A from day one, behind the scene coordinating to greet arriving vendors, prepare interior venue & exterior property lighting, set up & take down ceremony chairs, light bonfire, monitor parking flow, service trash recepticals, maintain clean restrooms, open gates to access farm for pictures, onsite maintenance, turn on air-conditioning to suites & restrooms to prepare for your arrival, & much more!

🌹 Package One - 2024 - 2026 seasons - Weekend Wedding event: $5600 ( 0-150 guests).
⭐ Wedding Add-On: “Make Memories with Less Work” Package.(Extends Saturday music time with clean up service) $300. *Inquire for details.
🎇 Holiday weekends additional $400, Holiday Sundays additional $200. (Memorial, 4th of July, & Labor Day).
How to secure your weekend event:
$1000 down with completed DocuSign contract.
Remaining rental split into payments. Weekend rental hours include:
Friday 12- 9pm
Saturday 9am-11pm,
Sunday 9am-11am.
🌻 Package two $2800 Sunday wedding package (0-100 guests)
How to secure your Sunday wedding event:
1/2 deposit with completed DocuSign contract. Remaining due 180 days prior to event. Damage deposit ($400) due 60 days prior.
Event Sunday Total 8 hours include:
12:30 pm - 3:00pm to decorate
3pm-7:30pm event (ceremony 3pm or later)
7:30pm- 8:30 pm clean up
Rehearsal time Wednesday prior 6 pm-7 pm (rehearsal only).
🌺 Package three Sundays only (non- wedding only). $125/hour (4 hr minimal). Great for graduation open house, baby Or bridal shower, celebration of life, birthdays. (0-150 guests) arrival at12:30pm. Additional hours available for $125/hr.
Package three Includes all tables/chairs, event barn & patio with tent. Linens additional fee.
