The venue is open May-October:

  • Freedom to choose your DJ, catering, photography vendors. (food/bartender to be licensed or certified) & all vendors insured. **Bartender to be hired from our recommend list.

  • Set-up of separate chairs for choice of ceremony area just steps outside of the barn.

  • Electrical plug at ceremony site. Freedom to bring props.

  • New attached concrete patio with grand white tent and 2 chandeliers.

  • By design, the barn is facing the west open fields to enjoy the wonderful breezes & sunsets. In addition, the barn also has a total of 50 feet of doors that open up on 3 sides of barn for great air flow & foot traffic!

  • All trash receptacles with liners provided.

  • Alcohol permitted with proper Bartending Service & Liquor Host Liability insurance. (For example: Eventhelper.com to purchase online. Depending on number of guests policy approx. $125.)

  • Custom LED lighting everywhere inside event barn, tent, & throughout grounds.

  • Chiffon draping, chandelier, & 20 foot high ceilings in barn.

  • New 44 x 26 concrete patio attached to barn lit with LED lights.

  • 20 x 30 white patio tent has 8 ft side walls, 2 white chandeliers. Optional cathedral side wall window curtains (fee).

  • Hand milled floor to ceiling feature wood plank wall using 100 year old wood.

  • More than enough electrical plugs throughout including special outlets for crock-pots. roasters, & DJ. Generator back up.

  • Bonfire area with benches (wood provided & lit by staff: you choose the time)

  • In addition to the barn opening up on 3 sides, the barn has a working roof cupola weather vein and 8 upper screened windows so that air flow is amazing with the west winds!

  • We place a personalized road sign with your event name for your guests to read when they arrive.

 
 

The Property

The farm is located just north of Eaton Rapids city limits on nearly 13 acres. It is close to highways, restaurants, stores & hotels. Along with the Gillean’s, this working farm is home for cows, sheep, chickens, small orchard, & rolling hay fields.
